Welcome to Preggo AI! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Preggo AI (the “App”), operated by Summit ML, LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using Preggo AI, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the App.

1. Use of the App

Preggo AI is designed to provide general pregnancy-related guidance, tips, and support. While the information provided in the App is intended to help support pregnant individuals, it is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You should always consult a licensed healthcare professional regarding any medical concerns or questions related to your pregnancy.

By using the App, you agree to:

  • Use Preggo AI for personal, non-commercial purposes.

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself when creating an account.

  • Use the App only in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Account Registration

To use some features of Preggo AI, you may need to create an account. When creating an account, you must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we suspect unauthorized use, violation of these Terms, or unlawful behavior.

3. Paid Services and Subscriptions

Preggo AI offers both free and premium subscription plans. By subscribing to the premium plan, you agree to pay any applicable subscription fees. You can view the details of the available plans, including pricing, within the App.

  • Billing and Payments: Premium services will be billed on a recurring basis unless canceled by you. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the fees using the provided payment method.

  • Cancellations and Refunds: You can cancel your subscription at any time by visiting your account settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which you will no longer be charged. Refunds for subscriptions are generally not offered unless required by law.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, software, design elements, and trademarks related to Preggo AI are the intellectual property of Preggo AI or its licensors. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of the App without our prior written consent.

5. User Content

You may be able to submit, post, or display content through the App, including but not limited to health-related information, questions, or personal experiences ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, and transferable license to use, display, reproduce, or modify such content for the purpose of operating and improving the App.

You are responsible for the User Content you submit, and it must not:

  • Violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights.

  • Contain any unlawful, defamatory, or offensive material.

We reserve the right to remove or modify User Content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

6. Privacy

The information provided by Preggo AI is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your healthcare provider with any questions or concerns regarding your pregnancy.

Preggo AI does not assume responsibility for any medical outcomes or decisions made based on the use of the App.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Preggo AI, its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or any third-party rights infringement.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Preggo AI at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may terminate your account at any time by ceasing to use the App and deleting your account information.

11. Modifications to the App and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue Preggo AI, or any part of it, with or without notice at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the App or our policies. When we make changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of these Terms. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Preggo AI shall be resolved in the courts of Colorado.
